Hi, I’m Sue
I love teaching piano and woodwind and seeing students' joy as they make music. 
I was classically trained as a solo pianist from nine years of age.
As I developed my own taste in music, I thought there had to be more interesting playing styles than just playing exactly what was on the page. And yes, there are.

Don't worry, I adore classical music, but it was a revelation to develop my skills in pop, jazz, blues and rock through chords and improvising.

You'll benefit from my trained experience, not only as a solo pianist, but as a performer playing keyboard and saxophone (soprano, alto and baritone) in concert ensembles and swing, jazz and soul dance bands.
